Old Street Media Group
ARTISTS
By Artists, For Artists — East London

We make ARTISTS impossible to ignore.

Old Street Media Group is a collective of East London creatives — built by artists, for artists. We film, market and build for DJs, producers and brands. From first promo to full campaign, we get it because we live it.

The collective

By Artists.
For Artists.

We started OSMG because we were artists who couldn’t find production people who understood the music. So we became them. Every shoot, every campaign, every line of Uplens code comes from that same place — people who are genuinely in the culture, not just servicing it.

We work with DJs, producers, MCs and independent labels. We get the brief because we’ve lived the brief.

Ikongkar Singh

MA
Muzammil Ahmad

Team Culture

Annual Social

Every year we take the whole team out — fully paid. Last year we hit Tenpin for a few rounds, then finished the night at Nando’s. No agenda, no cameras. Just the people who make OSMG happen.

100% company funded

Armed Forces Community

We Support Those Who Serve

As a proud Armed Forces Covenant signatory, we actively support anyone in our team connected to the Armed Forces community.

  • Time off to attend Army, Navy or RAF Reserve training and exercises — accommodated flexibly
  • Flexible scheduling for Cadet Force Adult Volunteer (CFAV) commitments — parades, camps and courses
  • An employer that understands service, not just tolerates it

We are a Disability Confident Committed employer. OSMG is founded and led by a dyslexic entrepreneur — and we mean it when we say disability brings strengths. Problem-solving that thinks differently, resilience built from navigating a world not designed for you, creativity that comes from seeing things others miss. We actively welcome applications from disabled people and neurodivergent individuals, and we commit to interviewing any disabled applicant who meets the minimum criteria for a role.
